CSULA Summer Program for Pathway

Hello Pathway Parents and Students,


Please see the application for an exciting summer opportunity from Cal State LA’s Summer Transportation Institute! Pathways supports this summer opportunity and encourages students to consider participating. Transportation will be provided from Schurr High School to Cal State University, Los Angeles and back. The Program begins Monday July 17th and ends July 30th (Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm). Space is limited.


Applications are due Friday June 16, 2017. A flyer and the application are attached to this email. Please let me know if you have any questions.

SHS Pathways at ELAC

Students and teachers from the Engineering and Global Business & Logistics represented  Schurr HS at the MUSD Pathway Showcase at ELAC on Saturday February 11th.  Pathway programs from the entire district were present providing demonstrations and presentations to parents and students interested in joining the Pathway program.  Congratulations to all students and teachers involved including Ms. Garcia, Ms. Cortez, Mr. Schultheis, Mr. Kline, Mr. Viramontes, and Mr. Kim

Schurr High School Electronics

Schurr HS ROP Electronics win Regional Championship in SkillsUSA competition.  Schurr advances to state level competition set for April in San Diego.  Congratulations to Mr. Kline, Kristain Ibarra, Jason Ho, Stephanie Tang (Electronic Technology); Ryan Tienda, Jesus Gallegos (Mobile Electronics); Alejandro Lozano, and Carlos Jimenez (Electrical Construction wiring).
